Update Information:

Kinko's charges $358 to laminate 104 22"x11" pages.

Resolution:
An 11x17 copy of the circuit diagrams was ordered from LBL
(from the Engineering Division Document Control Center).  I will have
additional copies made, and get an 8x11 copy.  If that copy
is of good enough quality, I will scan the diagrams in and
put them on the web.
