Description of Problem:
The network connection is old and difficult to maintain.  Networking
requests that we have it replaced with a wireless connection.

Possible Consequences If Problem Persists:
Networking may not respond to problems in the future, in which case
we won't have a network connection for monitoring observations and
transferring data files.

Update Information:

Networking is still looking into this.  Probably will need
to bounce the signal to KZSU before sending it down to campus.
It will probably be a couple of months before we can get more
info from them.

Hao installed WiFi by piggy backing onto the Big Dish network
