Description of Problem:
The computer in the house uses a modem to get on the internet.  It
should be connected to the rest of the network so we can shut off the
modems in the old quake room.

Possible Consequences If Problem Persists:
Having to keep the modems running for just one user.

Solution, Possible Solution, or Trouble Shooting Steps:
Run a cable through the existing conduit from the computer to
the network.

Update Information:

Measurements for the cables:
  observatory panel to dining room panel:  18'4"
  observatory panel to front room panel:   19'
  observatory panel to bedroom panel:      27'6"

For 2 connections in each room, we need about
130' of cable, plus any additional length we might
need in case there are obstacles under the floor, etc.
