Description of Problem:
The PDP 11 (and associated hardware) must be removed, shelves installed
and QPC and Daystar installed in the rack.  A shelf can be installed
above the PC's for QPC's monitor and keyboard (eg. the istallation
of solar2 in the computer room)

The array of cables in and around rack 4 hinders troubleshooting
