Centering is an unnecessarily long process and should be
rewritten to speed up observation set up.

Action:
Check to see where the time is being spent on centering for the magscans.

Update Information:

A quick fix to speed up centering would be to reduce the wait time.
The wait time is set so the secondary mirror has time to slew the
solar image over to be centered on the diodes.

The best fix is to pick off the output of each diode, and send it to
the computer -- this requires a A2D converter to be installed.  JGB
contacted PowerAccumen regarding such a unit - they can build one for us
for around $700.
