Specify the time of the center of the data window, either as a

Carrington Rotation (e.g. "1642") and center longitude or as a
date (e.g. 1976_06_01_13 year_mo_dy_hr).

WSO observations began in May 1976 and our first complete Carrington Rotation was 1642. Data collection continues to the present. Carrington Rotation 1927 began on 1997_9_8.
